Dates use Europe/London time. A Monday is selectable only before its preceding Friday at 22:00. This is a request, not a confirmed delivery slot. SCRANprep checks delivery eligibility and capacity.

4 Read before requesting

After payment, you receive a private weekly £43 voucher for each eligible week of a five-meal plan. Choose your dishes and complete checkout each week. Delivery and extras are paid separately. Orders close Friday at 22:00, or sooner if capacity sells out. Prepayment gives a discount and does not reserve kitchen capacity.

This is an upfront payment plan, with no automatic recurring card charge. For a different meal quantity, the price and voucher allowance must be agreed separately.

Unused vouchers and cancellations

Proposed policy for confirmation before payment. SCRANprep will confirm the final arrangements in writing. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Pause requested before Friday 22:00

Move the unused entitlement to a later eligible week. SCRANprep cancels any issued code before replacing it.

Missed cutoff without notice

One courtesy rollover per plan. Further exceptions require agreement with SCRANprep.

Kitchen sells out before you order

Carry the unused entitlement forward without penalty, or request a refund of that unused portion.

SCRANprep cancels a fulfilment week

Choose a replacement week or a refund for the unused portion.

You wish to end the plan

SCRANprep reviews unused entitlements and refunds the amount actually paid for them, subject to applicable rights and the agreed terms.

Voucher already redeemed

Changes are resolved against the actual order. A second active voucher is not issued automatically.

Unused entitlement is recorded in SCRANprep’s register. A voucher code is not a gift card or stored cash balance. Refunds use the discounted amount paid, rather than the £43 voucher face value. Rounding is reconciled so a fully unused four-week plan refunds exactly £168.56 and a fully unused eight-week plan refunds exactly £330.24.

No additional expiry period is imposed on this request page. Any agreed plan dates, pauses or time limits will be confirmed before payment.
